By accessing or using Pickleball Event Venues ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Pickleball Event Venues is a marketplace that connects event planners ("Users") with pickleball venues ("Venue Partners") for private events. We facilitate introductions and bookings but do not own, operate, or control the venues listed on our platform.

3. User Responsibilities

As a User of our Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking or creating an account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Treat venue staff and other guests with respect
• Honor booking commitments and cancellation policies
• Not misuse the Platform or attempt to interfere with its operation

4. Venue Partner Responsibilities

Venue Partners listed on our Platform agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their venue, pricing, and availability
• Maintain appropriate insurance and safety standards
• Honor confirmed bookings and stated policies
• Respond to booking inquiries in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by the Venue Partner. Payment terms, including deposits, are set by individual venues. We may facilitate payments but are not responsible for disputes between Users and Venue Partners.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are established by individual Venue Partners. Users should review venue-specific policies before booking. We are not responsible for refunds or disputes related to cancellations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pickleball Event Venues acts solely as a marketplace connecting Users with Venue Partners. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of venues listed on our Platform
• Injuries or accidents that occur at venues
• Disputes between Users and Venue Partners
• Venue Partners' failure to honor bookings or stated policies
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Assumption of Risk

Pickleball and other physical activities involve inherent risks. By booking an event through our Platform, you acknowledge and assume these risks. We recommend following all safety guidelines provided by venues.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of our Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on our Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, venues, or our business.
